Donna told us that completing Writing a Novel Stage Two with Sophie Cunningham and Emily Bitto in 2020 gave her the confidence to send her manuscript out. 

She said: “When I applied for the course, I had a version of the novel written but was experiencing increasing self-doubt around my writing abilities and debilitating fear around the idea of having to submit. My tutors Sophie and Emily and the lovely cohort I joined restored my confidence and gave me valuable feedback which guided the redrafting process, this in turn gave me the courage to take that next step…”.

The Rewilding will publish in March, 2024.
