In Writing and Mindfulness, the work you produce may be about beginnings and ways of seeing, perhaps unblocking or shifting your creative approach. It may be about discovering new ways to write your story.

Writing and Mindfulness is a course designed by award-winning author Elise Valmorbida. Her latest work is The Happy Writing Book, a guide to creative writing and wellbeing, which draws on over twenty years of experience as creative practitioner and teacher. Elise, who is normally based in the UK, is back in Australia for a short time, making this is a rare opportunity to study with her in person.

The course includes:
